I've been thinking about this for an hour and a half, how I can make use of a laptop more manually (I work on it for at least 8 years a day). Options: add a box, etc. I couldn't care less. If you want to change the cut, then it’s not always easy and quick, especially if you want to tweak the cut a little with a laptop that’s standing on the stand. It is possible that it can be adjusted (of course, it’s like a screw), but I wouldn’t be surprised that it’s really like that. Within a decade of knowing the optimal cut, I rarely change it.
