You might ask, why am I so sure that the card is the issue? Well, here's why:
1) Tried another cable
2) Tried other ports on the monitor
3) Tried other ports on the card
4) And of course, tried inserting another card and then the problem disappeared
Returned it for service.
After three weeks of diagnostics from the MTI service, recommended by Gigabyte UA, they informed me that no defects were found. However, when I asked if they had seen the video I sent, they said no. Despite Rozetka's store claims about sending the video, in those three weeks of diagnostics, they didn’t even open the video card's box and just stated that there were no defects. This is an unacceptable level of service from the service center and the notoriously known manufacturer GIGABYTE. After contacting GIGABYTE's representative, they suggested simply sending the video card and the entire computer back to the service again. Essentially, this means another three weeks of waiting. It's unclear how I will be able to work and earn if my computer is in service. Overall, the service experience is just terrible! I do not recommend this product or the manufacturer in general.
