Мы с мужем, заказывая кухонную мебель решили сделать ее в ретро-дизайне. Получилось красиво, но поиском некоторой встроенной техники пришлось повозиться. Электрическую духовку взяли от Gorenje, проверенного и надежного производителя бытовой техники. Надо сказать, что раньше я пользовалась только газовой духовкой и этот опыт стал для меня немного неожиданным. Но неожиданность была очень приятной. Еще никогда у меня не получалась такая отличная и равномерно пропеченная выпечка, а мясо, запеченное под грилем, вызвало бурный восторг у мужа и сыновей. Это действительно очень современная и приятная в использовании духовка. Начну с того, что греется она очень быстро и равномерно. Хозяйки знают, как это важно, когда делаешь сдобную выпечку. Одинаковая температура по всей духовке достигается за счет интенсивного перемешивания горячего воздуха специальным конвекционным вентилятором. Духовка очень большая, курица целиком, утка и даже средних размеров гусь помещаются в ней без особого труда. Управляется она не очень просто, без вдумчивого чтения инструкции за готовку лучше не браться. Но инструкция написано хорошо и подобрать с ее помощью нужный для каждого конкретного случая режим можно буквально за минуту. А еще она действительно легко чистится. Специальная эмаль и использование водяного пара делают этот процесс быстрым и не требующим усилий. Даже такой процесс как охлаждение уже готового блюда тут не совсем обычный. Оно происходит за счет вентилятора который вытягивает горячий воздух, ускоряя остывание. У нас нет отдельного кухонного кондиционера и когда летом, при охлаждении пирога выдувной вентилятор выгоняет весь горячий воздух на кухню, то это не очень приятно. |
