Overall, I managed to lose 20 kg, but don't think this happens in a month. Anyone who says you should exercise for 5-10 minutes a day is lying to your face. Almost every day, for two years, I worked out so hard that I could wring my clothes out from sweat, running on it for at least an hour with my heart rate in the zone of 170-185 beats per minute. That's when you'll see results. Change your diet, and besides running on the elliptical, do other exercises. Squats, abs, push-ups. Then you will see results. Because if you think that now 5 minutes of twisting my torso will help me lose 10 kg in a week, I have to disappoint you, it doesn't work that way.
As for the elliptical itself. It's a decent budget model; in two years, I've changed the bearing twice. Periodically, you need to tighten the bearing nut because it starts to knock. To understand, it doesn't make much difference which elliptical you choose; inside the plastic casing, they are all almost the same and made from the same parts and elements. So, the overpayment is for design. Another level is more professional electric magnetic ellipticals, but the price there is steep. One more piece of advice, if you've decided to work out on the elliptical. Don't stop. Even if after a month you don't see results in the mirror, they are there. It's a tough journey, don't break down and don't quit training.
