The Hop-Sport magnetic elliptical trainer is a mid-priced home solution. The model is positioned as a universal exercise machine that combines an elliptical and a stepper (partly due to the not-too-long step length of 27 cm). The “load capacity” of up to 120 kg and the distance between the pedals of 13 cm deserve special mention - this is only slightly more than the anatomically natural range from 5 to 9 cm, so that additional loads on the leg joints are minimized. The model is battery-powered, which ensures energy independence and the ability to exercise in the absence of electricity. The control panel has a laconic display that displays basic information about the exercises. Nearby are additional fixed handles with heart rate sensors.
