A classic set of low-profile keyboard and ambidextrous mouse. The keyboard keys have a reduced height; these buttons are easier and faster to press than usual. The Fn key is available, which opens the option to enable Quick Launch Services. The layout is standardly divided into three button blocks. The Enter key has a smaller, single-row design. The HP 225 Keyboard and Mouse uses simplified, fast Plug and Play connectivity.

With such input devices there is no need to install drivers. The devices are ready for use immediately after pairing. The optical sensor of the mouse has a resolution of 1000 DPI. Data entry is carried out using a pair of standard buttons (RMB and LMB), as well as a scroll wheel. Additionally, the scroll has a push button function. The HP 225 modification provides for traditional connection of devices using a connecting cord with a USB connector. The keyboard has several options for the angle of inclination of the button layout. The design also includes an LED display to indicate the status of the main buttons. The set is green certified for sustainability. About 50% recycled plastic was used to create the devices.
