The debut model for 2023 in the Kugoo brand line is a foldable electric scooter that falls into the mid-price segment solutions. The model features an aluminum frame with adjustable handlebar height, enhanced with LED platform lighting to improve visibility in the dark, and is noteworthy for its turn signals. The maximum user weight capacity reaches 140 kg, making it suitable for most adult riders.

The Kugoo M4 Pro electric scooter is equipped with a powerful 1000-watt motor, working alongside a 17 Ah battery. These allow it to reach speeds of up to 45 km/h, climb hills confidently, and cover a distance of up to 45 km on a single charge. The chassis features a pair of 10-inch inflatable wheels with front and rear suspension to smooth out road surface irregularities, and disc brakes.

For rider comfort, there is both a detachable seat and a cruise control function. Consequently, one can travel on the model even while sitting, without the need to constantly hold down the throttle button to maintain the desired speed.
