One of the fastest and "pumped" electric scooters, positioned by the manufacturer in a relatively affordable price segment. With an engine power of 350 W, the model is capable of accelerating up to 30 km/h and may well “independently” drive up any hill with a maximum inclination of 15 °. One charge is enough for 25 km of continuous movement, which can be called a fairly serious indicator for this type of equipment.

If the weight is light and you ride on smooth asphalt, you can do it that way. Something more passable is narrower in size and heavier. The Kuga can be easily carried (12 kg by anyone) on one hand, but on stairs and in doors it is already problematic. Very low ground clearance - you can bottom out anywhere. Lightweight, if the asphalt is bumpy - it will wobble. The rear wheel is noticeably worn, unevenly. As a result, there is a slight knock. Load-bearing elements - aluminum and plastic. I already have some play. The handlebar slightly turned to the side. A small amount of play appeared. Half of the bolts on the right side loosened (everything is fine on the left). Tightened with thread locker. The battery cover (which is at the bottom) doesn't protect from anything, even though it's sealed. There's sand and dust inside the compartment. The battery box occupies almost the entire compartment with minimal clearance, in a plastic box. It's pressed in with foam at the end. Wires from the battery are of minimally acceptable thickness. XT-60 connector, with a margin. The wire from the rear light is close to the spring block - over time it will wear out. The screen is hard to see. The electronic brake is abrupt, easy to flip over the handlebar. This is more of a do-it-yourself kit. WARNING!!! Barbaric folding and unfolding system! It's best to immediately additionally lubricate the whole unit with silicone spray lubricant. After the warranty, you need to seal the battery compartment and replace the wires. Many people say that everything is fake and accuse those who praise their scooter... Well, what can I say, I was lucky: I bought a Kugo S3 from a store I trust, and I can definitely say - I spent my money well. I still don't know if it's fake or not, the armchair experts can answer that. Here are the facts: 1) Maximum speed - 26 km/h on a flat smooth road, with a charge from 100% to 50% and a load of 110 kg 2) Maximum load - slightly less than 200 kg, bumps can be overcome, but it's better not to do so (gave a ride to a girl 70+ kg), max speed 15 km/h 3) The frame withstands jumps, doesn't bend, connections don't wear out, play only in the front fork, noticeable when braking, both when new and after 4 months 4) Paint on top is in perfect condition, on the bottom completely worn off, no rust, Kugoo logo on the handlebar - deep engraving 5) On the platform anti-slip sticker with inscription - in excellent condition 6) Front fender - attachment to the fork is broken, dangles, but holds (probably held by communist spirit) 7) Didn't disassemble, didn't lubricate, didn't seal the battery compartment, rode in rain and mud - NO SQUEAKS, NO SHORT CIRCUITS, NO RUST, amazing stuff 8) Fell several times - a piece of display case chipped off 9) The rear brake can only be used with regenerative braking, it's ineffective and dangerous. Once I braked and wore out the rear wheel, now it makes a thumping sound when riding 10) The folding mechanism is fine, still hard to press the button Mileage Workhorse if you're too lazy to walk 10-20 km a day Bright enough headlight The power of the electric motor, the scooter is much lighter than me, but accelerates very swiftly! Electric regenerative brake - a great thing, doesn't slip even on wet tiles, only lets down in snow and ice Throttle smoothly adjusts speed Folds compactly and quickly Doesn't care about weather conditions, since August 2019 I've been using it (without any modifications), commuted to work in heat, frost, and rain, and only stopped riding on December 28, 2019, because of ice and "holidays" You can take a girl/boy for a ride, it's really cool, though not safe And it's still running!!!! Kept tightening the kickstand, but it got lost anyway, I recommend unscrewing the bolt right away and screwing it back with a strong lock, first eliminating the play in the mount and the kickstand itself. well, there are a lot of counterfeits of this particular model of scooter and it seemed that it could be counterfeited, and even so, the battery from all sellers is not the same CAPACITY as indicated on the box. the motor is much less powerful than the manufacturer of these crafts indicates, incl. Kugoo S3 is a low-cost version of a scooter with the prefix "electro", armed to the teeth with advanced hardware. There is a powerful 350 W electric motor, an on-board computer, and regenerative braking. But let's not get ahead of ourselves and break down the ins and outs of the model on the shelves.
High flying speed
The scooter rests on 8-inch front-wheel drive wheels. At maximum engine speed, it rushes along the roads at a speed of over 30 km/h. Irregularities along the route are absorbed by a full-fledged depreciation system, which effectively works out bumps and small bumps in the roadway. However, on the roads of not the best quality, many instances of a scooter rumble with loose parts.

Foldable design

Despite the claimed degree of water protection IP54, the display of the on-board computer of the model is poorly sealed, so it is better to refuse to ride a scooter in heavy rain. But in clear weather, it gives exceptionally positive emotions from rides, for which it is in steady demand among a motley audience.

Road: a third is good and moderately good asphalt, a third is sandy-dusty and trails, a third is better to walk. On proper asphalt, 350 watts (and this is a moped according to traffic rules and requires a license!) - is excessive, even at 60% power limit, it effortlessly accelerates with a weight of 90 kg to 16 km/h. On sandy-dusty conditions, it is better to ride at 80 percent or more power - the front-wheel drive handles it, the rear wheel drifts with an amplitude of about 30 cm.
