The Mecool KM2 Plus Deluxe portable media player, released in early 2024, runs on the popular Android TV 11 OS.
Balanced hardware
The model is equipped with a quad-core Amlogic S905X4-J processor and 4 GB of RAM. The internal 32 GB storage is partially reserved for the OS, and the remaining space can be used to store applications and media files. Programs can be installed from Google Play Market.
4K and HDR support
The Mecool set-top box plays video in resolution up to 4K and supports HDR10+, HLG and Dolby Vision. The model's video processor provides hardware decoding of the AV1 codec. Two connection options are available for Internet access: via gigabit Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
Various interfaces
The device is equipped with popular interfaces, including a built-in card reader and voice control support - a microphone for this purpose is integrated into the remote control.
