Medium power class compressor designed for addressing relatively simple professional tasks in a workshop or on a construction site. The device is equipped with a 1.7 kW electric motor with overheat protection and direct drive to a single-cylinder compressor head. The cylinder-piston group operates without lubrication, so the installation requires less maintenance and delivers clean air without impurities.

The Metabo BASIC 280-50 W OF compressor has a performance of up to 140 l/min (output) and provides a working pressure of up to 8 bar. At the output, there are two pressure gauges, an output pressure regulator (reducer), and a universal quick-release coupling for connecting tools operating on compressed air. The receiver, with a capacity of 50 liters, is covered by a 10-year warranty against through corrosion. The power cable is 1.5 m long. The wheel chassis and handle attached to the receiver allow easy movement of the device, which weighs 30 kg.
