I bought a 900 grams jar with a chocolate flavor to try. The smell is excellent. The scoop was on top, by the way, golden in color. The protein mixes quickly in a shaker without lumps. I consumed the casein with low-fat milk, mixing a portion with 300 ml. It made a slightly thick cocktail, not like water, which was very pleasant to drink. The taste of real chocolate, not too sweet — which is very good since overpowering sweetness can mask the flavor. I also tried drinking it with water. It was great too, but better with milk.
I tried cooking the protein. The brand is popular, making it easy to stumble upon a fake. The protein coagulates properly, everything is okay. I also dropped some iodine (to check for starch), no blue color was detected.
When should you drink it? Well, logically, you drink it before bed. It's not hard on the stomach, and it digests slowly and gradually, feeding the muscles. But it's also very good and convenient to drink it in the morning instead of breakfast. It works similarly, keeping you satiated until 12 pm.
In conclusion, I want to say that this is a tasty, high-quality protein that is suitable as an additional meal. I recommend buying at least one jar and trying it.
