Maintenance-free starter batteries designed for installation in the engine compartment of passenger cars. The models of the series are available in capacity options from 35 Ah to 100 Ah. The working voltage at their conical terminals is 12 V. Rocket Standard are batteries of a traditional European form factor, made using lead-acid SLA technology. Their production is established at the facilities of the South Korean company Global Battery.
Inside, the batteries of the family are filled with liquid electrolyte, and durable lead-calcium plates are made by casting. Due to the special design of the battery grid, the models of the line have increased resistance to vibration. They can also boast endurance to shaking, impacts, short circuits and large temperature changes. Throughout the entire period of operation, you will not need to add distilled water to the battery and monitor the density of the electrolyte. Nevertheless, the models of the detachment received a built-in visual indication of the charge level.
It came with a voltage of 12.57V. It was half a year from the date of manufacture to the purchase. Smart charging recharged by 17.5 Ah. The previous one served for 6 years and would probably still work if the car was used every day. I decided to change it for the winter because there was already a suspicion that one frosty winter morning after a long idle the engine might not start. Good value for money. Electrolyte density indicator, although there is not much benefit from it, but let it be. The mouthpiece is removed from the side and not from above, which in some cases prevents electrolyte from getting on the terminals and oxidizing them. Comes in a sturdy cardboard box.
