I am very pleased with the device, provided that it is properly configured and the accessories are selected. It is important to understand why exactly it is needed. Samsung positions it as a tablet for workers (literally), but I think it’s easy to kill in a garage or construction site. I think it would be more convenient for a taxi given the possibility of working without a battery. I've had a lot of tablets - this is better. I have an iPad but it’s impossible to use, I’m trying to sell it. The same tablet, if sold at retail for a reasonable price (no more than 30K rubles), could become a bestseller, but Samsung doesn’t think so, they don’t think there at all. The screen is excellent, lots of color settings. Aspect ratio 3/2, which is more convenient than 16/9, 3.5 mm jack. The screen rotates 90, 180, 270, 360 degrees for any applications, even those that do not support this mode. The battery is removable and is easy to find on sale. Can be used without any battery at all. Waterproof. Features of flagship Samsung devices are supported: dex, pen. Can be used as a phone, there is a full-fledged SIM card, dialer and SMS. Durable housing. You can insert a memory card and the issue with the space will be closed. There will definitely be Android 12, and maybe 13. The camera takes good pictures. It recognizes a fingerprint quickly, without problems, but it doesn’t recognize a face at all. A lot of garbage from programs, they can be removed / disabled via adb without root, low autonomy, which can be increased by removing services, but not much. The hole in the case for 3.5 mm is narrow, the plug cannot be inserted there - a typical problem with cases from Samsung; there are no cases in book format. A tablet case with similar dimensions (Amazon Fire HD 8 2020 / HD 8 Plus) but the holes do not match. I also bought a case from A7lite, cut off the screen overlay from it and adapted it to my original case, it became much better. It is difficult to buy, it is sold only from resellers at a cosmic price (60K rubles). I bought it on ebay for 32K rubles. |
