They really play wonderfully. But I wouldn't buy them. To listen to them, you need to be fully relaxed and not be distracted by anyone or anything. Because when you come home from work exhausted, it's just not the same. And they are very relaxing. I bought the old IE 80, at least you can listen to them at work and after work, basically anytime. And these IE 800 produce such a pure sound. They can even compete with a German audio system that would cost a pretty penny. Not just 800 bucks.
