They bought it for my grandmother as a gift for NY, as she bakes, and kneading with her hands is not the same strength. She liked the mixer. Normal weight, not fluff but not heavy, comfortable to hold in your hand. Gear shifting is fast, soft and smooth, without jerks (I liked it very much). Turbo mode, for me, is just switching to 5 speed, but also smooth without jerking. When the whisk is loaded (dough kneading), it starts to growl a little, but the speed does not drop, the rest whips up without problems. By the way, there is enough power, there is no feeling that more is needed.
