Barely held back from saying, "the customer is messing with us." Well, I thought, they probably know best. A few weeks later, I recorded a video of the outdoor unit noisily operating. Soon, the neighbors would start complaining. The service center was simply stunned: they said there were installation errors, and that's not normal!-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- During the vacation season, I waited a week for the installation team. They came as soon as they returned to Kyiv. They opened the outdoor unit casing and were also shocked! The fan motor was hanging by the last screw, and two had already fallen off!!! Conclusion: at the factory, they did not properly tighten the fan motor, which miraculously didn't lead to a breakdown of the impeller and internals. This is clearly a defect in the factory assembly, which did not manifest itself when turned on. No one will disassemble all installed units without visible reasons either. There were no errors during installation.
