One of the most affordable manual mechanical blood pressure monitors on the shoulder. Designed to measure blood pressure in the brachial artery by the Korotkoff method, used throughout the world, and which is a universally recognized standard of accuracy (reference method of the World Health Organization). This method is characterized by high resistance to cardiac arrhythmia, so arrhythmia cannot interfere with obtaining an accurate result.

It is important that the readings remain correct with slight hand movements or vibration. The Vega VM-200 mechanical tonometer is suitable for use in a hospital or outpatient setting. Suitable for home use, however, it is worth remembering that the Korotkoff method requires some training and practice (cannot be used by people with hearing impairments and poor vision). The mechanical design of the device does not contain electronic components, it does not require batteries and is always ready for use. The tonometer kit includes: a pressure gauge block, a standard cuff (from 22 to 32 cm) with a seamless latex pneumatic chamber, a reliable supercharger, connecting tubes, an air valve and a stethoscope. The metal air needle valve allows you to smoothly adjust the pickling speed. The set also includes a soft bag-case for transportation and storage.
