More performant and comfortable
The Venta air washer is a direct successor to the popular LW 15 model. In comparison to this, the Comfort Plus version has become more convenient, because it has a hygrostat that implements fully automatic operation, as well as a touch display with an indication of the humidity level (there is a hygrometer) and visual prompts for lack of water or need cleaning.
The Venta LW 15 Comfort Plus has also become more performant than its predecessor recommended for small rooms (20 m²). Now the humidifier passes through itself up to 120 m³ of air per hour, and this, according to the manufacturer, will be enough for rooms of 35 square metres (with a ceiling height of 2.5 metres).
Quiet and economical
The sink is positioned as one of the quietest and most energy-efficient in the brand line (and on the market as a whole). For example, at the maximum (third) fan speed, the device consumes less than 8 W per hour, and the noise can reach a moderate 44 dB. On the average, it turns out 5 W and 34 dB, respectively, which is already lower than most competitors at the minimum.
At the first fan speed, power consumption will be only 3W, and noise is reduced to 24dB. By the way, it is at these speeds that the humidifier switches when a special night mode is activated. Plus, it also dims the display so that the light from it does not interfere with rest.
No special water requirements and no risk of waterlogging
The sink uses the principle of cold evaporation (that is, water humidification), successfully used in other Venta models. It does not imply waterlogging of the air, which is also not recommended, as well as overdrying. And it is permissible to “take in consumption” ordinary tap water. The pallet holds up to 5 liters, which means that you often do not have to make up for losses.
The case of the device is collapsible: its walls and bottom can be washed in a dishwasher. But the drum does not provide such an option, so it is recommended to rinse it with water every 2 to 3 days, otherwise cleaning with serious contamination will become very laborious.
Venta LW 15 Comfort Plus is the same example of reliability and quality as its predecessors, but more modern in terms of control.
