Weber Performer GBS 57 (15301004)

A solid fuel grill in a premium design from the American company Weber. The heat source for it includes charcoal, charcoal briquettes, or firewood. Thanks to the One-Touch ash and ember collection system, the grill can be safely used on a wooden veranda or patio floor. The removable ash catcher design ensures easy cleaning of combustion products. The body and lid of the model are made of steel coated with porcelain enamel.

The grilling surface features a 57 cm diameter grate. In its center is a removable round insert, which can be replaced with branded Grill BBQ System (GBS) accessories: wok, pan, pizza stone, etc. These accessories are purchased separately. The Weber Performer GBS 57 is equipped with a removable lid with a ventilation damper and a built-in thermometer. The grill is mounted on a four-support chassis with two large wheels for mobility and a pair of small swivel casters. Its design includes a spacious grate shelf at the lower level, a folding side table, and hooks for hanging auxiliary tools.
