The universal gas grill Weber Q 1200 can be turned on on the balcony or on the street. In disassembled form, it can be thrown into the boot of a car and taken to the country or to nature. To work, he does not need any firewood or a 230 V socket — only a portable gas cartridge that is attached to the burner on a special holder. Such a grill is convenient for lovers of car travel — having bought groceries, you can cook delicious and varied food at any time. The device is not cheap, but it is designed for many years and is very convenient to use.
Folding grill on stand
The case of the device is made of heat-resistant aluminium and consists of two parts. The lower part is black, the upper part is black or titanium. If desired, the grill can be put on legs. At the bottom is an easily removable aluminium tray to collect fat and juice. On the sides there are folding coasters, which will be especially useful in nature, you can put food, spices, etc. on them. When the grill is transported, the stands are folded like bird wings so as not to interfere.
The large and heavy grate is made of porcelain enameled cast iron for easy cleaning. You can cook lunch or dinner for several people at one time on the grill. The grill works with portable gas cartridges, and if you buy a special branded adapter, it can be connected to a regular gas cylinder — this is convenient for stationary use of the device.
Convenient gadgets
A round mechanical thermometer is mounted right in the centre of the lid to monitor the temperature inside the grill. Adjustment of heat is carried out smoothly — a rotary mechanical handle. The device turns on with one touch — there is an electronic ignition button on the case, which runs on a conventional finger-type battery. If force majeure happens and the battery runs out, you can use matches.
If you buy a branded flashlight, then it will be convenient to cook on the grill in the dark. A flashlight is installed on the edge of the lid, when it is opened, the light comes on and illuminates the food being cooked.
The kit comes with a convenient stand with a protective screen and hooks for tongs and spatulas. If the grill is placed on a stand, its height will exceed 1 m.
