The seventh generation of the Xiaomi fitness bracelet is a mid-budget wearable gadget with an NFC chip "on board." This feature indeed allows for contactless payment in China, but in other countries and regions, this possibility needs to be clarified additionally. Compared to its predecessor, the model has received an enlarged display, featuring a 1.62-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 490x192 pixels.
The Xiaomi Mi Band 7 NFC fitness tracker unlocks its full potential when paired with a smartphone, as it does not have a GPS module. There are 30 sports modes, including swimming, and the water resistance level corresponds to WR50M (5 ATM). Besides measuring heart rate in real-time, the device tracks blood oxygen saturation and notifies the user if saturation levels drop by 10%.
Other useful metrics include counting steps taken, analyzing sleep quality, determining stress levels, and maintaining a women's calendar. The bracelet is equipped with a 180 mAh lithium-ion battery with a magnetic contact group for charging. However, frequent charging of the wearable device will not be necessary, as the battery life is declared to be up to 14 days in normal mode.

Design - minimalist cool design. This is what sets Mi Band apart from the rest; it doesn't try to be a watch. Convenience and ease of use - this is my first fitness band, it took me 30-40 minutes to explore but to fully understand the functionality and customize it to my needs. "Small" features that really help you in everyday life. Quality of materials and assembly. The price for such a gadget is just laughable. Zepp Life app I didn’t find any shortcomings in principle for that kind of money, but if you think very carefully and pull by the ears, then probably (judging by the reviews of past models) a weak battery, notifications are disabled but full health monitoring and all sensors are on, I charge every 4-5 days, but I it doesn’t bother me at all, I go into a hot shower, take them off and put them on charge, during which time it recharges quickly enough. I got this bracelet in 22 and during everyday use, it completely satisfied me. I chose the Chinese version without NFC as it was a bit cheaper and in my opinion, after watching videos about this smart, it is almost no different from the global version. Since I got it a week after the Chinese version 8 BAND was released, I regret getting it as I could have gotten the 8 for almost the same price, but despite that, it's quite a good bracelet. Compactness, it literally almost doesn't get in the way. Quality, there are almost no complaints about the strap except if you bump it hard, it might unbuckle, but that rarely happens. Its almost normal accuracy in calculations, no questions at all about the heart rate monitor, step measurement is okay, especially knowing there's no GPS and it can be off by +/- 100-200 steps, I think that's fine. I really enjoyed the sleep tracking function, which shows when you fell asleep and woke up, as well as the sleep phases. It collects data and recommends how to improve your sleep. I didn't expect to need this feature, but it's really useful and cool. I started tracking my sleep and following the recommendations within the app, and it significantly improved my sleep and well-being.
There's also the smart alarm, which may sound cliché, but it really wakes you up during a light sleep phase. Because of this, you feel much better than when a regular alarm wakes you at a set time.
Regarding the accuracy of the measurements, I can't say much as I'm not a specialist. Some people criticize it, while others praise it. It measures reasonably well if you follow the instructions, which state not to tighten it too much but also not to let it be too loose on the wrist. In general, ALWAYS READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.
Another very convenient and personally awesome feature is the automatic reminder to stretch if you've been sitting in one place for too long. For example, I work at a PC, and when I sit for 50 minutes, the bracelet vibrates and reminds me to get up, walk around a bit, and stretch, as a sedentary lifestyle is harmful to health.
I also like the design. The charm of the bracelet is that it doesn't try to look like a watch. Overall, it’s a great thing, I'm completely satisfied, 10+ out of 10.
