— an abs support is most often referred to as an accessory for the bars (see "Type"), which allows you to perform abdominal exercises by raising or holding your legs in a vertical position of the body. Such an emphasis consists of a pair of vertical handles on the uneven bars and an overlay for the back (sometimes soft pads for the arms on the uneven bars are also provided). When performing the exercise, the athlete holds on to the vertical handles so that the forearms lie on the bars and the main emphasis is on the elbows, and the legs hang in the air; from this position it is very convenient to perform leg raises and holds.

There is also another kind of stop for the press — in the form of additional devices for a removable horizontal bar with installation in a doorway (see "Mounting"). Such devices allow you to use the horizontal bar as an additional projectile for twisting on the floor.
