The Japanese electronics brand Panasonic is a guarantee of high quality products. The RP-HJE190 headphones of the Ergofit Plus line are an inexpensive model with an excellent design and an extended frequency range.
The appearance is bright. Attract a transparent leg, a glossy dome-shaped body, and an abundance of colours, which are offered as many as 7: black, red, white, lilac, blue, grey and light green. The nozzle is located slightly at an angle to the body, which is why the headphones fit tightly into the auricle and do not fall out. External sound insulation is excellent, so you should be careful on the street and not immerse yourself in music with your head.
The cable in the RP-HJE190 is easily tangled, but it is also easy to untangle, but Panasonic has skimped on its normal thickness. With intensive and not very careful handling, after six months or a year, a fracture at the foot of the radiator housing from frequent bending cannot be avoided. With the plug, the situation is simpler, it is L-shaped, so it will live longer.
Fans of rock and dance music will like the sound of 10 mm drivers. The frequency range of 6 – 24000 Hz offers us deep accented basses and sharp tops, though somewhat blurred. The middle sounds less expressive, there is some blurring in this range. In general, using equalization on the reproducing device, you can achieve a good sound of pop music, but it will not save the middle frequencies much.
RP-HJE190 for its price of 15 USD can be called good headphones with a pronounced bass component for users without high sound requirements.

Everyone who is familiar with JBL portable acoustics is impressed by its powerful balanced sound. Let's try to find out if the same can be said about the low-cost headphones of this brand — JBL T210 worth only 20 USD.
The model looks neat and stylish. It is offered in 4 colour options: black, chrome, grey and pink. The chrome version loses to the rest in appearance, but the orange inserts in the ear pads help out.
The cable is flat, ergonomic, does not get tangled and causes a sense of reliability, as, indeed, the entire assembly. The plug is located at an angle of 45 °, there is no need to be afraid of a fracture at the junction. The model has a remote control with one button and an omnidirectional microphone. The voice is filmed well, even in a light wind.
The sound of the model is guaranteed to appeal to an inexperienced listener. A good scene and detail, a nice balanced bass, a legible middle initially make a good impression. Until you want to add "meat". Then it immediately becomes clear that the model is not designed to play heavy music. At high volume, sand and rattling appear, and the accentuation disappears somewhere. JBL T210 feels more confident when playing dance and pop music, acoustic performances.
As a result, we have a nice, comfortable, inexpensive model of headphones with average sound quality from the flagship of the premium sound, but inferior in it to the nearest, cheaper competitor that does not claim to be supersonic — the Xiaomi Mi Quantie Hybrid Pro models.

The Chinese flagship of electronics Xiaomi is increasingly conquering the world and east european market with devices and gadgets with an excellent balance of quality and cost. The Mi Quantie Hybrid Pro headphones will appeal to all fans of portable sound, not only with a democratic price, but also with a good sound.
Xiaomi products have never been distinguished by high ergonomics or exclusive design, and Mi Quantie Hybrid Pro is no exception. We have a somewhat bulky metal case, only two colour options — steel and gold, and a considerable weight of 14 g compared to plastic competitors. However, despite the weightiness, the headphones sit tightly in the ears and do not tyre.
The cable before branching is made in a fabric winding, it is strong and does not get tangled, but ordinary round wires go to the headphones themselves, which seem disproportionately thin in relation to the body of the emitters. On top of that, the headphones have a straight plug, which is not very convenient for pocket carrying. There is a remote control with a microphone, but it does not work properly with iOS devices: without rewinding and volume control.
The manufacturer's attempt to combine two types of emitters in the model: dynamic and reinforcement, in general, succeeded. The sound turned out quite good. Juicy. Balanced at all frequencies, although slightly blurred. In principle, you can listen to any music, but you should not expect anything outstanding from the sound stage.
Mi Quantie Hybrid Pro is probably the best headphones for 17 USD, especially for fans of the brand.

The American company Koss has been proving for many years that it knows a lot not only about good sound, but also how to sell it. One of the confirmations of this is the legendary Spark Plug headphone model.
The design seems funny at first glance. The headphones resemble floats and look somewhat bulky. But with a detailed study, it becomes clear that everything is in its place here and thought out to the smallest detail. Seemingly uncomfortable and rough, the ear pads are made of soft polyurethane foam with a memory effect, so they sit perfectly in the ear and do not tyre. But in extreme cold, they harden and lose elasticity.
Sound insulation is almost complete. In addition, the sensitivity of 112 dB provides the emitters with a large output power. Therefore, the manufacturer has thought out holes on the outer part of the case to remove excess sound pressure at a high volume level. The level itself is conveniently changed using the volume control on the cable.
The driver provides a powerful, accentuated sound at all frequencies, but the bass component is brought to the fore and is clearly audible under any conditions.
Despite its impressive appearance, the model weighs just over 10 g, and has cable protection from bending at the junction with the plug and emitters. However, it does not help much. The cable looks too thin, so it still won't hurt to protect it from breakage and fractures.
Spark Plug is offered by the manufacturer at a price of only 20 USD. For that kind of money, you just can't find the best wired in-ear headphones.

The veteran among Trident headphones from the Chinese manufacturer DUNU continues to be in demand among music lovers who are ready to pay 30 USD for a wired in-channel model.
The model is presented in an original trapezoidal design with smoothly tapering lines. Everything here is aimed at maximum user comfort. Even the weight of 22 g gives strength and solidity, but still tyres the ears from long wearing.
The package includes a cute black faux leather case and a dozen silicone nozzles of three types. The cable has a clothes clip that protects the cable from the occurrence of a microphone effect when rubbing against the fabric, a strap for convenient winding and fixing the headphones, and a connecting bracket that does not allow the wires to tangle after branching. The plug is made at an optimal angle of 45 ° for use.
Everything is fine with the sound in Trident. Not all the more expensive models of competitors are able to create a sound stage of such quality. In addition to the pronounced accented bass, the middle sounds legible and juicy, the bass and treble do not drown it out. There is almost no distortion at high volume levels.
DUNU Trident is deservedly one of the best headphone models in its price segment. That's just if the weight is less and the cable is thicker.

Onkyo E700M is a model of semi—closed in-channel Hi-Res headphones. For premium Japanese "plugs" you will have to pay almost 70 – 75 USD.
The radiator housings are made in the form of plates and consist of two parts: an aluminium base and a plastic cover adjacent to the ear with angled sound guides. There are two colour solutions — black and white.
In the upper part of the housing and on the inside there are holes for removing excess pressure. Due to this design, the sound insulation in the model is average. In noisy places, you will have to add volume. The cable is durable — with a double weave, a remote control and a microphone of good quality. But the plug is straight, there is a risk of getting a break at the junction over time, so it's better to keep the headphones in the case that comes with the kit.
The first thing to note about the E700M is the 13.5mm drivers with a wide frequency range of 6 — 40,000 Hz, which makes it possible to listen to high-resolution audio files.
The impedance of 32 ohms and the sound pressure level of 108 dB rock any modern smartphone to a good volume. The sound pattern is balanced, but there is a slight dip in the average frequencies in complex and timbral saturated compositions.
High frequencies cut through especially vividly in Hi-Res, MP3 format immediately makes their playback crumpled. The basses are moderate, they don't stick out in the general mix, they sound tight and soft.
Audiophiles will call such a sound "tactful", satisfying a wide range of users, but music lovers will simply enjoy a wide and open sound, especially if they connect the Onkyo E700M to a Hi Fi player.

The updated version of the Marshall Mode EQ headphones was expected by many music lovers — lovers of powerful bass sound. You will have to pay about 80 USD for the model, which is almost 30 USD more than the previous one costsMode.
Mode EQ has not acquired anything new in design, except for a gold-plated L-shaped plug and a spring that protects the cable connection from breaking. But these are rather constructive improvements than external ones. The case is still plastic, but solid, and the logo on the outside informs about belonging to Marshall.
A feature of Mode EQ is the Bass Boost equalizer switch on the remote control. There is also a built-in microphone for telephone communication. When the equalizer is turned on, the bass is noticeably increased, sometimes even too much. This mode is suitable for listening to compositions with a pronounced rhythm section, heavy rock. In the off state, the sound pattern is more transparent, the bass becomes accentuated and elastic, and does not fail the middle frequencies. The sound in this mode is more versatile. The scene turns out to be wide and open, and the detail is very clear.
Marshall Mode EQ is suitable for music lovers listening to music of various styles: from minimal and hip-hop to funk and metal. But in fairness, it should be said that there are cheaper models on the market with equivalent and even greater capabilities.
