The 2022 line of everyday laptops from Acer includes well-balanced entry-level and mid-range laptops, designed to handle a limited range of household and professional tasks. They are characterized by their lightweight design (1.78 kg), fairly compact size (19 mm thick), and understated styling that might evoke a touch of nostalgia for MacBook fans. These laptops stand out with a variety of configurations based on the AMD Mendocino platform (Zen 2 microarchitecture).

They include expressly entry-level models equipped with dual-core Athlon processors, peacefully coexisting under one roof with much more serious laptops based on Ryzen 7. However, from the perspective of power and energy consumption, the Acer Aspire 3 laptops with Ryzen 3/Ryzen 5 and 8/16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM find the golden mean. These laptops come with 4 physical cores, support multithreaded data processing, and feature automatic overclocking when the base performance falls short.

The Acer Aspire 3 A315-24P devices have 15.6-inch IPS screens with Full HD resolution, matte finish, moderate color reproduction (45% NTSC), and wide viewing angles. A perfectly decent laptop for home and office.

Overall, it's a pretty good laptop. Well-built. It’s worth every penny. You can even play some less demanding games on it.
Assembly, convenience, good performance for its price.
The volume of the built-in speakers is often slightly lacking, but it's not critical - after all, it's a laptop.

Although compact, it is still an old model charging block; cheap plastic on the keyboard; still feels like a cheaper screen.
