Ajax Hub Plus is the heart of the new era security system. The command and control centre monitors the operation of all security sensors and sends an alarm in case of emergency.
Trio of communication channels
The hub is ready to go straight out of the box. It is enough to connect it to the Internet, download the official application to your smartphone and register the central panel in it using a QR code. The model with the Plus prefix connects to the World Wide Web in three ways: using an Ethernet cable, via a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, or via mobile Internet using one of two SIM cards (backup connection). It is preferable to use an “over the air” connection — due to the absence of interference from the Ethernet wire, the communication range with security sensors via the Jeweler protocol increases several times (in open areas it reaches 2000 m).
Security system
The new generation of the central hub allows you to bind more groups (up to 25), users (up to 99) and devices (up to 150). Sensors are connected to it literally in one click. The model also provides full or partial arming modes. Moreover, it is possible to connect any IP camera that can send an RTSP stream to the key element of the security system. All this together speaks in favor of the full-fledged operation of the complex as a security guard.
Backup power
From the original Ajax Hub, the model with the Plus prefix got a built-in power supply, thanks to which it can be connected to the network directly (bypassing the sockets. In case of power outages, the hub has a backup battery for 16 hours of battery life. About all emergency situations, be they connected with the loss of electricity or, for example, opening the case of the device, the hub immediately informs the associated users and sends an alarm to the security console.
