Bought for 24k a year and a half ago and very satisfied. The cooling reserve is huge (apparently because there are older models in this case), 76 degrees is the maximum I have seen. So it won't need dust cleaning anytime soon. This graphics card is just enough for a 60Hz screen. Not all games run on ultra, but you certainly can play modern titles on medium-high settings. Cyberpunk on medium graphics settings gives around 45 FPS. I had the 256GB M2 SSD version and I added another SATA3 SSD with 500GB in an official service, so this option is also quite convenient in terms of variability. Design, backlight The keys leave smudges on the screen, which as a perfectionist upsets me, the Shift key covered with pleasant plastic has already begun to peel a little. Question about Asus ROG Strix G G531GT The laptop is lagging
I have an Asus ROG Strix G531GT. It's not fake, everything is fine in the BIOS. I bought it from Foxtrot a year ago. But after six months of using the laptop, lags started, specifically in GTA 5. Meaning 25-30 FPS, no more. In other games, it's not so smooth, but 40 FPS in Watch Dogs 2. Is this all due to time (almost 1 year), meaning do I need to replace the thermal paste and clean it from dust (it hasn't been disassembled), or is the problem with the model itself?
