We bought a Bosch CMG636BS1 oven. A week later, he was out of order. The third time the problem arose again and I demanded a refund or exchange for a new oven, since it is obvious that the store cannot fix the problem. The store goes on principle to the requirements to immediately fulfill the request, and in the end I was left without money and without an oven. Question to the store: when will my issue be resolved with a refund or replacement with a new oven? What measures will be taken to prevent this from happening to other buyers and when? And also, what compensation will be given to buyers who bought equipment from you and to whom you issued fake warranty cards?
