We bought a Bosch CMG636BS1 oven. A week later, he was out of order. Upon arrival of the master from the official repair center, it turned out that the guarantee was fake and the repair would be at my expense. After a call to the store, the cabinet was taken to some left service and the problem was supposedly fixed. After half a year, the problem recurred and it was repaired again in the left service for more than a month. Returned saying that it works and carried out prevention. The reason was not found. The third time the problem arose again and I demanded a refund or exchange for a new oven, since it is obvious that the store cannot fix the problem. The store goes on principle to the requirements to immediately fulfill the request, and in the end I was left without money and without an oven. Question to the store: when will my issue be resolved with a refund or replacement with a new oven? What measures will be taken to prevent this from happening to other buyers and when? And also, what compensation will be given to buyers who bought equipment from you and to whom you issued fake warranty cards?
