The Lithuanian boiler Candle Time 18 is the protagonist of water heating systems designed to heat rooms with a total area of up to 144 m².
Upper combustion principle
The model works on the principle of upper combustion of fuel — only the upper part of the load with a thickness of less than 15-20 cm burns in the boiler. On one tab of raw materials, Candle Time 18 operates offline for up to a day and a half. Here everything directly depends on the type of fuel used: firewood and wood chips burn faster, and, for example, peat briquettes and coal are enough for a long time. The main thing is that the moisture content of the raw material does not exceed 30%, otherwise a noticeable condensate will form.
Cylindrical body
The boiler is made in the form of a cylinder, due to which the pressure difference on the inner walls is more easily maintained and, accordingly, the service life of the model is extended. There are two doors on the front panel of the barrel-shaped case: the upper one is used to load fuel, and the lower one will need to be opened 2-3 times a month to remove ash.
Built-in automation
From the factory, the boiler is equipped with a built-in automatic controller, with the help of which a certain heating medium heating temperature is set. Automation turns on and off as needed the blower fan, which ensures long-term and economical combustion of fuel according to the principle of gas generation. As a result, the efficiency of the model reaches 93%, which is a very worthy indicator for the kind of solid fuel boilers for long burning.
