I expected better from him, I don't recommend it. the price is very attractive, the functionality is very good - everything you need and nothing extra, a beautiful pattern on the front panel and a transparent tank to see the water level. somewhat noisy - at night it’s fine for me, but my wife can’t sleep when it’s working, humidifies to a maximum of 40-43% humidity - I bought a weather station, the worst thing is that after six months of active work the tank leaked - they replaced it with a new one at the service center. Having read about the dangers of too dry air, my wife wanted us to have a humidifier at home. I myself noticed that with the beginning of the heating season, the humidity drops dramatically, this was especially felt by the way the wooden doors dry out. Moreover, this change is so noticeable that the gaps visible to the naked eye actually increase. As for the effect on the body, all doctors advise that the relative humidity of the air in winter should remain at a level not lower than 35-40%. I approached the issue of choosing a humidifier carefully and this voluminous device appeared in our house. With his appearance, it really became more pleasant to breathe in the apartment. Additionally, I bought a weather station with a built-in electronic hygrometer and the reason for this effect became clear. It turns out that when the temperature on the street dropped to -7 or more degrees, the relative humidity in the living rooms dropped to 15-18%, that is, to a level two or more times less than doctors advise. With such humidity, the mucous membranes begin to dry out and the skin dries up. The humidifier easily returned the humidity value to around 40-45%. It does not work silently, but the quiet sound of gurgling water is not particularly annoying, rather, on the contrary, it relaxes and soothes. To solve the problem of limescale in the humidifier, there is a special softening cartridge. And to make it work longer, I buy soft drinking water, which is already partially demineralized, and additionally boil it and defend it. There is no built-in hygrometer, which is why I had to buy a weather station. At first, we also thought that the backlight was non-switchable and its colored light prevented me from falling asleep for a week. But it turned out that you can turn it off by pressing and holding the Light button. But the bright green LED-power indicator does not turn off, I had to carefully seal it with several layers of white tape. |
