Processor cooler Deepcool GAMMAXX S40 comes with a set of standard fasteners for mounting on motherboards with Intel LGA20XX/1366/115X/775 processor sockets and is compatible with AMD AM4/FM2/FM1/AM3(+)/AM2(+)/K8. In fact, this model can be used with any models of AMD and Intel desktop processors that have entered the market since 2005. Provides effective cooling of the CPU emitting up to 130 W of thermal energy. The 120mm fan with long life HydroBearing and PWM control guarantees quiet operation at low impeller speeds (900-1000rpm) and moderate noise at maximum 1600rpm.

Obviously not suitable for a powerful gaming computer. But for the average person, that’s what I have. I read on the Internet that the supplied thermal paste is so-so. It’s already castatily applied to the sole. But I installed it and so far everything is fine. An excellent cooler for its type. I recommend it. Decent and inexpensive cooler. Relatively small, narrow design avoids memory graters. Good build quality. Normal equipment. Four heat pipes with direct contact at once. The fastening system only pleased me, everything was secure and without much dancing with a tambourine. Although the mother had to be pulled out of the body. With a slightly overclocked Core i5 there are no heating issues. There is a sound during operation, but it is quiet enough at medium speeds to not pay attention to it at all. At maximum speed it gets louder, but still within reasonable limits. Complete fan with 4-pin connector. I think that it is possible to add a second fan if you really want to. True, there is no fastening for it in the kit, but if you have correctly placed hands, it is not too difficult to make it yourself. i immediately replaced the thermal paste with ZM-STG2. works great with my CPU type QuadCore AMD Phenom II X4 Black Edition 955, 3200 MHz - when overclocked it keeps the temperature up to 58 overclocked 3.8 MHz there is no noise - almost the Asus ENGTX560 Ti DCII TOP video card makes more noise) excellent airflow to the motherboard power system! no! use Deepcool GAMMAXX S40 month or more |
