When buying this product, a check was issued with a written warranty of 2 years for the product and 96 months for the tank.
The Meridian Service Center (Dnepr) gave me an answer on paper that the product is not repairable due to through corrosion of the tank capacity.
At the same time, the Meridian service center refuses to take any further action, referring to the fact that the tank was connected, in their opinion, incorrectly (via a portable socket).
The portable socket was used from a quality manufacturer, with a copper cable section of 2.5 mm, with automatic short circuit protection.
But it's not a portable outlet!
The tank is made in China, and according to the statistics of the same Meridian, all ELEKTROLUX EWH 15 Rival U tanks start leaking after the first year of operation.
The service center and the manufacturer have nowhere to go, how to come up with excuses, so as not to lose profits.
