Moreover, it can be confidently called big in the truest sense of the word)) The oven is very large. According to the passport, this is 74 liters, but it looks like a whole cave. Three weeks ago I baked a whole goose in it. I was worried, of course, after all, for the first time I dealt with such a large bird, but everything turned out as it should, even an appetizing crisp was formed. It warms up quickly, gaining its maximum temperature of 250 degrees in just 15 minutes. Very pleasant and convenient operation, consisting of recessed rotary knobs, buttons and display. In order to use it normally, you need to carefully read the instructions, this is not a technique that can be taken "with a swoop". But its most important advantage is the way it bakes and bakes. This is just a fairy tale, the uniformity is amazing and it's all about forced convection, for which a large fan on the back wall is responsible. I also can not help but note the fact that she looks great on the outside and it is not very difficult to care for her. Maybe it's only while it's new, but the enamelled chamber is quite easy to clean. In my opinion, they overdid it with management. During prolonged operation, the outer glass of the door is very hot. |
