Large professional metal detector. The device is “sharpened” for demining (certified according to the “military” standard MIL STD 810 F), but its characteristics open up wide opportunities for amateur search. The Garrett Recon AML-1000 metal detector uses pulsed induction (PI) technology. It has a high degree of moisture protection (IP 67). The set of functions consists of 6 search programs, a 13-segment discriminator, the ability to work with a pinpointer mode and the ability to identify finds by metal type. The device is quite heavy (2.83 kg) and large (504 mm when folded and 1600 mm when fully unfolded). Designed to be compatible with almost all types of Garrett coils and accessories.
