I got it for a reasonable price of 8.6k UAH, which is good news. On the downside, the system began to freeze with it, the power supply was 700 watt from Chiftek, I tried for a long time to solve the problem, eventually I demolished the system and installed it again (Win 10). It still froze, then I went to the off-site, downloaded the latest driver from there, rolled it up without anything unnecessary, just installed the graphics driver (without audio, error analysis and any unnecessary crap), and in the end the system worked. For the last week it has been working without any complaints, which is good news. Looks like he won.
