Жене хотелось сделать кухню не только удобной и практичной, но и максимально современной. Так у нас родилась идея встроенной кухонной техники. Выглядит она действительно круто, только цены на нее кусачие. Пришлось напрячься в финансовом смысле, но в итоге все получилось. Эту духовку нам посоветовала моя сестра, точнее я увидел ее у нее дома и расспросил подробно. Дорогая она, конечно, но возможностей у нее немало. Пользуемся около полугода, пока что она показала себя с самой лучшей стороны, а дальше будет видно… но, надеюсь, мало что изменится. Она большая и просторная, целых 67 литров и пять уровней, на которых можно разместить противень. Противней, кстати, тут в комплекте целых три. Два эмалированных и один алюминиевый. Нагревается камера от целой системы трубчатых электрических нагревателей. Он встроены в дно духовки, установлены сверху и, по-моему, даже есть у вентилятора. Режимов работы этих нагревателей и конвекции тут целых 11, то можно найти нужный есть на все случаи жизни. Чего жена в них только не делала: тесто сдобное и пресное, выпекала кондитерку, пирожные, коржи для тортов, бисквиты и прочее мучное. Любое тесто пропекается исключительно ровно и равномерно. Тоже самое касается мяса, птицы, рыбы и тут уже в дело вступает термощуп для измерения внутренней температуры продукта. Как и в любой современной технике, управление тут электронное. Режим и температура выставляется двум механическими регуляторами с утапливаемыми ручками, а все остальное, включая таймер, задается сенсорными кнопками. Есть защита от детей, что для нас тоже важно, младшему скоро десять месяцев, так что летом уже ходить будем. Длинная гарантия в 24 месяца. Маркая стеклянная поверхность дверцы "собирает пальцы". Сенсорные кнопки "туговаты", то есть срабатывают не всегда с первого касания. Но для тех кто имел дело с китайскими смартфонами это не проблема ))) |
