Built-in induction (electric) hob with automatic pan recognition, AreaFlex burner combination function and StepZone multi-temperature zone. It is positioned as a mid-price product with advanced functionality, designed for integration into modern kitchen furniture solutions. Equipped with a high-quality scratch-resistant glass-ceramic work table and a SliderTouch electronic touch control system.
It differs from more budget models by supporting numerous additional technologies. The PowerBoost function allows you to temporarily (up to 10 minutes) boost the thermal power of any of the 4 burners of the Gorenje IS 646 BLG hob by up to 40%, which makes it possible to quickly boil large volumes of water. A convenient multi-timer allows you to track cooking time and automatically turn off the heating of individual zones according to time.
The IQboil function quickly heats water to a boil and then automatically reduces the power to prevent excess evaporation. StayWarm mode maintains the temperature of cooked dishes at the optimal level (70 ℃). The IQsimmer function optimizes heating power for slow, multi-hour cooking, which helps with dishes such as goulash or roasts. Using the IQgrill mode with 4 degrees of roasting prevents charring.
