Performant middle-class motor cultivator with a 4-stroke petrol engine for processing plots up to 50 acres. Thanks to the significant mass of the Iron Angel GT06 cultivator of 55 kg and high torque, it can not only work on pre-ploughed areas, but also on virgin soil. As a power unit, a single-cylinder 4-stroke air-cooled E200 petrol engine with a working volume of 212 cm³ and a power of 7.5 hp was used. The motor is made according to the overhead valve (OHV) scheme and is a complete analogue of the successful Japanese Honda GX160 engine.
It demonstrates high efficiency, reduced noise level and increased motor resource. There is a reliable 3-speed transmission (2 speeds forward and one reverse) and a chain drive to the working shaft. A 3.6-liter gas tank (AI92, AI95) is enough for long-term fruitful work without refueling. The cultivator is relatively simple and easy to use, it can be started manually without any problems, and adjustable handles with soft pads make working with it more comfortable.

Lightweight and inexpensive motor cultivator

Powerful 2 speed motor
The machine is equipped with a single-cylinder 4-stroke air-cooled petrol engine E212 with a power of 7.5 hp. (5500 W), which has an overhead gas distribution mechanism (OHV). A fuel tank with a capacity of 3.6 liters, which is filled with AI 92-95 gasoline, is enough for a long time without refueling. To fill the crankcase, use SAE 10W30 engine oil in an amount of 0.6 liters. The engine is manually started and the cast iron gearbox with chain drive allows for 2 forward speeds and reverse reverse.

The model is completed with a set of soil cutters, consisting of 6 cutters with 4 knife plates each, and 2 fencing disk caps. This canopy allows you to grab the soil at a width of up to 90 cm with a working depth of 30 cm. At the same time, a powerful motor with good torque and the mass of the power unit ensures effective loosening of the soil without additional effort. The trademark of agricultural machinery is registered in the Netherlands, but in fact the brand's products are manufactured in China. Despite this, the cultivator turned out to be quite balanced and has an excellent price / quality ratio, with which it has no real rivals in this category of low-cost machines.
It is not realistic to assemble it according to the attached instructions. Everything needs to be guessed. In my unit there were a number of flaws in the factory adjustment and the quality of parts:
- a casting defect of the cast-iron gearbox housing (inside the drive chain was rubbing against the influx of metal) - processed with a file;
- the alignment of the engine pulley and the gearbox is broken - adjusted the engine mounting bolts;
- rubber handlebars were worn out after 3 hours of operation of the cultivator - replaced with motorcycle ones;
- on the rod for fixing the position of the steering wheel there is no left lamb for tightening (I welded a new one).
And so the engine started up the first time and everything works without problems.
