Microlab M-100

An inexpensive branded desktop acoustic system of 2.1 format of modest power with an analog connection, network power supply, and separate volume control of the satellites and subwoofer. It is positioned as an affordable product of the middle price category of 2011. Refers to budget branded solutions intended for users who choose the optimal combination of price and functionality.

Includes a pair of satellite speakers (power 2x2.5 W) and a small subwoofer (5 W) with a front phase inverter. The subwoofer of the Microlab M-100 acoustic system is made of MDF, the density and weight of which effectively suppress parasitic acoustic resonances. The inclined cases of the satellites are made of durable ABS plastic. Connection to a PC, laptop, mini PC or game console is carried out using a cable with a 3-pin miniJack 3.5 mm connector.

There are two rotary controls for optimal volume control of the satellites and subwoofer. The volume of such a system is enough for acoustic design of a workplace or a small room. To connect/use it, you do not need to install drivers or additional software. According to the manufacturer, the speakers of the satellites (2.5") and subwoofer (4") reproduce a frequency range from 35 Hz to 18,000 Hz and their capabilities are sufficient for adequate sound of popular music, watching movies and computer games.
