First of all, I updated the bios through bios flashback. It MIRACULOUSLY fit into the office building with the video card.
For those who will buy - update the bios, because the 4000 series of processors and newer ones will not start out of the box. The mother will inform about this with a light.
Just connect the power cable of the motherboard and the processor, download the bios from the official website and insert the flash drive into the left usb 2.0 port near the ps2 connector.
I didn't see a difference in sound between the cheaper solution, so don't worry.
But in ethernet - I can't feel it, because the cable and router are 100mb/c
Although it is now relevant to assemble an assembly for am5, the price of processors still does not satisfy me. If you have money for an assembly with am5 - definitely take it. How else am5 will live as many years as am4 socket.
