The coffee machine from Nivona can be classified as an automatic coffee maker at the intersection of mid-range and advanced levels. The main features include an automatic cappuccinator with a hose that allows you to use almost any milk container you have on hand (from a glass to a jar or Tetra Pak). The model also supports the Aroma Balance System technology, which enables high-quality extraction (with a working pressure of 15 bar) and excellent coffee aroma without additional settings.
The Nivona CafeRomatica 790 coffee machine operates with such capabilities across 8 available programs, including espresso, crema, cappuccino, latte macchiato, and others. Many factory settings can also be adjusted (strength, temperature, volume, etc.). Moreover, there's the My Coffee function, which allows for up to 5 personalized coffee recipes to be created and stored. Additional features of the device include a coffee grinder with metal burrs and a 250-gram hopper, as well as a 1455 W thermoblock that ensures a quick brewing process. Besides the usual cup warming and self-cleaning service, there is a water filter, intuitive color display, and remote control capability via smartphone. It's also worth noting that the model is available in black, silver, white, and a "stainless steel" finish.
