Power bank for adults
nJoy Horus Plus 800 is an interactive uninterruptible power supply with a mini-display from a Romanian brand. Its maximum (reactive) power is 800 V * A, and the effective (real) power is 480 W. This separation is caused by the specifics of the power consumption of computer power supplies (part of the electricity is wasted by coils and capacitors). The output signal of the UPS is similar to a sine wave, which allows you to connect even audio speakers.

Inside the nJoy Horus Plus 800, there is an approximately 5 kg lead-acid battery with a supply voltage of 12 V and a capacity of 9 Ah. It is fully charged in about 6 hours, and then, in the event of a power outage, it allows you to work autonomously, depending on the power of your PC, from several minutes to several tens of minutes. The UPS touch screen displays battery percentage, input and output voltage and other useful parameters.
Multiple levels of protection
In addition to two 230 V outlets with overvoltage and undervoltage protection (196 – 255 V), as well as short circuit protection, the nJoy Horus Plus 800 has protection for the RJ-11 ADSL telephone line. And this is clearly not superfluous, given that, unlike the LAN network, a rather high voltage (60 – 120 V) is supplied through it. In the event of a power outage in the household network, the UPS immediately (with a delay of only 2 ms) switches to autonomous PC power supply mode.
Smart automation
If electricity is available almost immediately, nJoy Horus Plus 800, thanks to the automatic restart function, will return to mains power. If the battery is running low, the UPS will send a pre-selected command to the computer, such as hibernate. In this case, all running applications will be transferred from RAM to permanent memory. nJoy also has a more affordable UPS model — Keen 800 with the same power, but without a screen and auto-restart.
