Good colors, normal assembly, beautiful design, narrow bezels, stable. And from the factory it is set up normally, the viewing angles are wide, everything is perfectly visible, everything is really at a good level, the menu is convenient

It’s a really cool monitor, it creates a rich picture both in games and in movies. It always produces a juicy picture, without glare and the illumination is uniform, does not hurt the eyes, is adjustable in small steps, the diagonal is the optimal size, the stand is not flimsy and the assembly is strong, I did not find a single mistake in it

Narrow frame monitor with good color rendition. The backlight is not dead, the surface of the screen does not glare, and there is no particular flickering, yes, the anti-glare picture is somehow brighter, but here it is dimmer, but ok. Visibility is good from all points of view. The leg is not crooked and neither is the monitor assembly.
Price. design, menu, picture
Not many ports. ergonomics are not great.

Ultra thin bezel

The representative of the Philips V Line is one of the leaders in sales, and not only in its price category. Outwardly, it is distinguished by the so-called frameless design: a thin frame covers the screen on three sides, which adds visual appeal to the device, increases the viewing area, and also improves convenience when working with multiple displays.

Clear picture with good visibility

Philips 243V7QDAB is equipped with a 23.8-inch screen with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. The display is based on an IPS-matrix with excellent viewing angles, acceptable brightness (250 cd / m2) and contrast (1000:1). The monitor demonstrates rich colours, juicy picture. However there are questions about the naturalness of the image. The default colour accuracy leaves much to be desired, which is decided by the choice of modes and their personal settings in the menu (users also recommend turning off SmartContrast technology).

Eye safety

The monitor supports Flicker-Free technology. It eliminates flicker and reduces eye strain. For safety and comfort, the model also uses LowBlue technology, which minimizes the intensity of potentially harmful blue light to the eyes. And for fans of reading, a specialized EasyRead mode is offered.

Built-in acoustics

Philips 243V7QDAB is equipped with two 2W stereo speakers. Their total volume is quite enough, for example, to watch videos on YouTube. In addition, thanks to the built-in acoustics, you can save on the purchase of a separate audio system, do not clutter up the workbench and avoid confusion with wires.

To connect the model to a PC, there are three connectors to choose from: HDMI, VGA or DVI-D. There is also a mini-Jack for headphones, it is possible to wall-mount the monitor using a 100x100 mm VESA mount.

The model is suitable for office work or home use for all those who are looking for an inexpensive solution with an attractive design. Among analogues with similar parameters and additional options, it is worth highlighting the AOC I2481Fxh, but it costs more.
