Don’t even think about buying this model in 2021 from relatively new stores; they only sell fakes that are not registered. The mouse itself is excellent, if you're lucky enough to find it in good quality Fakes |
i’ve been running my Deathadder Chroma mainly in shooters since May 2015, since then a lot has happened to it: the rubber pads on the sides have completely fallen off (some people call them the fashionable word “grips”), the pimply relief on these pads has been slightly worn out after several thousand hours use, the glides were erased three or four times, one of the side buttons was a little dented and pressing it is not as tactile as it was initially, the click on the wheel stopped working (a known problem with Deathadder, and maybe even all raisers, it seems to be easily fixed, but you need to disassemble the mouse). In general, my mouse can now be safely called a veteran, but no matter what, it still performs its function with a bang. The accuracy of the sensor has remained the same over 5 years, no breakdowns, cursor lags - nothing like that. I didn’t get a double click on it, although there are rumors that this is also their signature sore.
In general, this is a good mouse in terms of reliability, and also in terms of comfort - especially for those with large hands, but here it all depends on the grip; for those who hold with a palm grip, it may seem small. Quite light, made of pleasant-to-touch plastic, the wire is made to last, and after five years of lacing on the edge of the table, it looks like new (though a little dirty). Shape, weight, relative reliability, thoughtful design, good sensor.
