If you already buy a pressure cooker, then one that could be as useful as possible in every sense, and not just cook porridge. It was with this thought that my husband and I chose not just an inexpensive multicooker, as most buyers do, but a multicooker-pressure cooker. I specifically looked through the entire instruction and did not find specific numbers, but my husband says that there is somewhere up to half the atmosphere of excess pressure and the temperature is at the level of 110-112 degrees. In practice, this allows you to cook a full-fledged jelly for only 80-90 minutes. Yes, yes, aspic can be cooked more than twice as fast, and that's not all. You can also boil carrots and beets for vinaigrette very quickly, peas and beans boil literally to smithereens in just 30-40 minutes. But most of all, the effect of a pressure cooker affects corn, where the difference in time comes out almost three times. The machine has a large and well-walled 1.8 mm aluminium bowl with a Teflon non-stick coating. The control system provides as many as 17 programs. Of the useful ones, I can name cereals, legumes, separate programs for cooking chicken and pork / beef. I also use the steam function. It is important that this model has a removable bowl top cover, which makes cleaning very easy. Now I'm mastering the "multi-cook", that is, the mode in which you can set manual settings. Teflon coating is not ceramic, it requires gentle and careful handling. I already accidentally made one serious scratch and it’s good that it fell on the upper part of the wall and practically does not interfere with cooking. But after that I bought a good wooden spoon and use only it. The baking programme works at least strangely. It seems that I did everything according to the book, it turned out so that I lower it was baked, and on top and especially inside it was damp. |
