It also has an "eco mode" (turned on by a button on the front panel), in which the device runs at the lowest possible speed, adjusting to the load in order to save fuel. Plugs on the front panel of the generator cover the connectors intended for powering consumers: two 230 V sockets and two USB ports. The German gas generator Scheppach SG 2500i produces pure sinusoidal voltage with an ideal frequency, making the model useful for backup power supply of sensitive equipment.
Compact design
The generator is assembled in a compact, closed design housing with dimensions of 520x270x440 mm and a weight of about 17.5 kg. A four-stroke engine with a volume of 79 cm³ is installed inside it. The unit is designed to operate with a rated load of up to 1.6 kW, and the model can withstand short-term power surges of up to 2 kW (no more than 2 minutes). In full power mode, the generator engine consumes about 1.27 liters of gasoline per hour. A tank with a volume of 4.1 liters is enough for the device for about 3 hours of continuous operation in the generation mode “to the fullest.”
