Model overview based on user reviews
The Sennheiser RS 120 II headphones are highly regarded for their excellent sound quality and durability, even after years of use. Users appreciate the mobility and clear signal that can penetrate through obstacles like concrete walls, making them ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. Despite some wear over time, such as the drying out of the paralon and volume resistor issues, the sound remains impressive if the volume is adjusted correctly. The headphones are comfortable for long listening sessions, and any noise issues can often be attributed to the sound card rather than the headphones themselves. While they may not satisfy the most discerning audiophiles, they are considered top-tier among many other options on the market. Users have found creative solutions, like using a fitness band, to keep them secure during activities. Overall, the Sennheiser RS 120 II offers a reliable and satisfying listening experience.

I've been using headphones for 12 years. The paralon has dried out in all rags, the volume resistor has worn out, which makes it difficult to make a clear sound, but if you don’t twist it, the sound is just as excellent as when you bought it. I ordered the second one because these are still the top headphones among all the tens of hundreds of rubbish on the market that I have listened to. And my head doesn’t hurt from listening to them all day long. And if they fall off your head, you were unlucky at birth because your head doesn’t fit. For those who experience noise in a minute, set the output from the PC to be louder, and turn down the headphones, otherwise they listen to music from devices that are phoning on high-end hi-fi headphones, which cannot understand what kind of crappy phoning quiet sound is being supplied to them. This is not a mediocre sound, but your sound card is completely g! So the headphones make it clear to everyone. Buy a normal sound card and your eyes will roll out from the colors of the sound. ++++ --- |
In the reviews, when I bought it, one user wrote that he works in the garden with them. And to prevent them from flying off his head, he puts something like a fitness band on top of his head (I don’t know what it’s called). Mobility, clear signal through two concrete walls. I have been listening for 5 years via an external ASUS XONAR U 7 sound card. The sound is decent. For picky audiophiles, of course, something "cooler" is needed. For me there are no shortcomings. ![]() |
