Siemens HS 658GXS1 — oven with steamer. It is equipped with a special liter water tank that slides out from the top of the front panel. By collecting liquid here and selecting the pulseSteam mode, you can heat and steam, defrost meat, vegetables and other products, proof dough, ferment yogurt.

Abundance of operating modes

The 71-liter chamber of the model contains various heating elements. In addition to traditional and ring heating, a grill and a fan that evenly distributes warm air, Siemens HS 658GXS1 has got a microwave heater. It performs the basic functions of a microwave oven: it allows you to speed up the heat treatment processes (Intensive heating programme), cook from frozen semi-finished products (coolStart function), quickly reheat or defrost food.

Siemens HS 658GXS1 supports automatic cooking of various dishes (cookControl Plus system). The complete roastingSensor temperature probe helps in this, which determines the readiness of meat dishes by the temperature inside the product (when it is reached, the oven turns off by itself). It also provides automatic cooking of various types of pastries (pies, pizza, muffins). All you need to do is enter the desired product, and the bakingSensor will select the temperature and cooking time.

Maximum convenience

Buttons, a rotary switch, a colour touchscreen display and an additional touch field help to control the operation of the oven. Cleaning the chamber is facilitated by the presence of catalytic panels with EcoClean coating (on the back wall, top and sides). Also, the model received three telescopic guides for baking sheets, a door with SoftClose automatic door closer and triple glass, a child protection system.

Alone, Siemens HS 658GXS1 is able to replace several household appliances in the kitchen, including a microwave oven and a double boiler, significantly saving space. But you will have to pay extra for such versatility. Just the high price of the oven is almost the only reason to abandon an interesting advanced assistant.
