On the snow, including packed perfectly. Acceptable on ice. Here it is necessary to take into account that on no tyre you will have the same grip as in the summer on asphalt. It is necessary to turn on the toggle switch in the head for the winter mode. However, on ice this tyre is better than I've driven a studded Cordiant Snow Cross. Especially when after 4 years there were 25% spikes. On the ice, the spikes did not help, they cut grooves and did not hold. Maybe because the Cordiant brand is not very good. In general, I did not receive any unexpected unpleasant surprises. I got what I expected. The sidewall is very soft, you have to drive carefully looking in the mirrors at the curbs. The tyre is arctic type, most fully revealed at temperatures of -10 and colder. Our winters are unpredictable. In January it can be +15 and -25.
