In a special table, you can compare in detail the characteristics of the cases from the review. And at the link you will find the entire catalog of cases.

Spacious body, easy to clean and operate, variability of illumination.

As the TDP of processors increases and very hot video adapters appear, PC case manufacturers have decided to move the PSU lower so that it does not overheat, and put more fans in its place. However, in the last couple of years, case makers have returned to the classic idea of top-mounted PSUs with ventilation on the sides and bottom. One of the representatives of the "old-new" format is GLO from Aerocool.

GLO is a Midi Tower gaming case, which, unlike its colleagues in the gaming segment, has a strict, classic design. Straight lines and black color, coupled with a minimum number of holes, give the case a solid feel. The main body of the case is made of thick steel 0.7 mm thick, and the left side is made of tempered glass and offers a view of the inside of the computer and its backlight.

On the front of the case there are two LED strips with several backlight modes, which you can configure yourself using a separate button. RGB Digital technology provides control over each diode plus allows you to choose one of 13 lighting modes - 7 solid and 6 multi-coloured. I would like to note that the backlight of the Aerocool GLO is very pleasant, it does not blind your eyes and does not prompt you to immediately turn it off.

The main charm of this product lies in its internal simplicity: both side panels are easily removed, providing quick access to the middle, cleaning the filter from dust does not require any extra effort, and the form factor of the case allows you to install an especially large video card or a heatsink of the desired size (240 or 360 mm). Well, and most importantly, the chassis is well enough blown by a set of four fans and fears about poor air circulation have not been confirmed. In general, this GLO turned out to be an extremely successful case without any weaknesses.

Unusual design, the ability to connect powerful video cards, the ability to combine cooling systems.

Themaltake Versa C24 RGB case was designed specifically for gaming needs. It is very roomy, and in addition it has a bright, memorable design. Externally, Versa C24 RGB resembles a futuristic column, which can pack almost any gaming hardware. The box is made in the Midi Tower form factor and is made of steel class SPCC, and its left side panel is made of transparent plexiglass and offers a view of the inside of the computer.

The Versa C24 RGB features stylish RGB lighting that is visible from almost any angle. The diodes are located on the front panel of the case and offer a choice of 7 pre-installed colors that will suit any interior. The backlight can work according to three different schemes: monochromatic, when only one of the colors is lit, flickering and smoothly changing colors.

The Versa C24 RGB weighs nearly 6 kilos, supports motherboards up to the ATX form factor and accommodates large video adapters up to 380mm. The allocated storage space is also quite enough, two 3.5-inch drives and four 2.5-inch drives fit here, this is enough to provide the machine with a gaming background. Separate casing for the power supply deserves special attention; it is located in the lower part of the case and helps to hide its less presentable part. You can hide the power wires in it, which, with a transparent side panel, will favorably affect the appearance of the insides of your PC.

The case from Themaltake has a well-thought-out cooling system. Almost any system, both air and liquid, can be easily placed in it. Five 120 mm fans will be responsible for the air, 3 of which are located on the front panel and 2 on the top. And for liquid cooling, there is space for a radiator up to 280 mm in size.

Thanks to its external data and competent “inner world”, Versa C24 RGB will become an excellent home for gaming hardware, and its LED backlight will complement any interior.

High-quality materials and solid assembly, connection of large video cards, excellent cooling system, removable dust filters.
Ill-conceived air intake system.

The South Korean company Zalman is rightfully considered the leader in the production of cases for personal computers. In its products, the manufacturer combines bold design and technical solutions, and the K1 model is no exception. The model has a minimalist design, is made in black and at the same time it cannot be called ordinary. The body is made of metal, although it is not the thickest (0.6 mm), but it is smartly fitted and executed at the proper level. The left side panel offers a view of the iron, it is transparent and made of tempered glass with a thickness of 4 mm.

The front part of the case is adorned with RGB LED backlighting and you can't help but admire it: it harmoniously complements the geometry of the case and forms a presentable look. It looks great at any time of the day, and the abundance of custom settings will help you adjust the backlight to suit every taste. In addition to outdoor lighting, a built-in 120 mm fan was awarded with LED lighting, which can also be seen through the transparent side panel.

Zalman K1 is made in the Midi Tower form factor, which makes it possible to pack almost any gaming stuffing into it. The case allows you to install Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX and ATX motherboards. The internal space is divided into two parts: the lower one, which houses the power supply (up to 190 mm) and a pocket for two 2.5 or 3.5-inch drives, and the upper one, where the motherboard, CPU cooler and video card up to 380 mm long become. Two more 2.5-inch drives are installed behind the motherboard tray.

For air cooling, up to 8 fans are mounted in the case: 3 at the front, 1 at the rear, 2 at the top and 2 at the bottom. There are removable dust filters in the places where the fans are installed, which greatly simplifies the process of cleaning them. You can also use a liquid cooling system with a radiator size up to 360 mm.

The case is good on almost all fronts. The only drawback that was found during operation is not the most successful air intake system. It is carried out through the front perforated panel and simply does not reach the end of the case, but this is more of a nitpick.

Elegant design, convenient filters, a variety of backlight modes.
Acrylic panel collects a lot of dust.

Aerocool's Cyklon is a small piece of art that looks much more expensive than its real price. The front panel of the case is plastic, it consists of two triangular volumetric parts, diagonally separated by a transparent plastic insert, under which the LED strip is hidden. The left side panel is made of clear acrylic and is light and quite thin at 4mm. Despite its thickness, the panel behaves very well in operation, and if it is treated with a minimum of frugality, cracks can be avoided for many years. The only drawback of the acrylic insert is its unhealthy love of dust.

The backlight of the case can work in 13 modes: seven monotone (red, green, blue, yellow, white, purple and cyan) and six preset programs: a long color-changing wave, a wave with a set of pale colors, an RGB wave and rain modes (you can choose the direction, either from bottom to top, or vice versa) and “breathing”. The system remembers the last selected backlight mode and displays it when the PC is turned on.

Aerocool Cyklon is made in the Midi Tower form factor, its interior space is divided by an L-shaped cover. Under the cover there is a standard connector for the power supply and a pocket for drives, in which you can put two 3.5-inch and two 2.5-inch devices. The case supports ATX, Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX motherboards, as well as graphics adapters up to 371mm in length. In other words, almost any gaming hardware will easily fit here, and there will still be room for a stash.

The case is cooled by seven 120 mm fans. It is also possible to install liquid cooling with a 120 mm radiator. Plus, the filters are easy to remove and clean. One is located under the power supply, and the other is magnetic - on the top of the case near the navigation panel.

Despite the fact that Aerocool Cyklon is made of rather thin materials, with proper care it can last a very long time, and its elegant design in a pack with LED lights deserves the highest praise.

Price, liquid cooling support, unusual lighting.
Strongly collects dust.

At first glance, Gamemax's Draco case looks like a boring rectangular box without any frills in design. But this happens exactly until the moment you connect it to the network. After all, as soon as the front RGB fans light up, boredom will go away and the case will show its true bright design. It looks really impressive - both bold and beautiful.

The Gamemax Draco case is made of thin metal (only 0.6 mm). Its front part is made of plexiglass, and the left side panel is made of transparent, tempered glass, 4 mm thick. Thanks to this, an overview of the insides of your PC is opened. On the front part, 3 RGB fans took pride of place, they set the tone for the whole appearance of the case.

The navigation bar is at the top. Here you will find the power button, reset button, headphone and microphone inputs, and two USB inputs.

A separate processor is responsible for the backlight in this model, and in view of this, there are a lot of programs for it. In addition to the already familiar “wave”, “rain” modes and simply monotonous backlighting, a night mode (with more gentle light), as well as rainbow and comet modes have been added here.

Of course, in order for this engineering marvel to please the eye, you will need to spend a lot of time cleaning the case, because it collects dust with great enthusiasm. But for such a price and appearance - the game is definitely worth the candle.

The Gamemax Draco case is made in the Midi Tower form factor, which allows the installation of ATX, MicroATX and Mini-ITX motherboards. In the lower part there is a power supply and a place for hard drives. In total, you can install up to five drives, three of which are 3.5-inch drives and two 2.5-inch drives. The case also supports water cooling.

During use, there were no complaints about the case, and after the first turn on, you won’t want to turn it off for a very long time, it’s painfully beautiful.
