Double-circuit gas boiler with separate heat exchangers and forced removal of combustion products. Provides both heating and hot water. Due to the high useful power of 24 kW, it is able to serve a private house with a total area of up to 190 m2 or a large multi-room apartment. Equipped with a closed combustion chamber, therefore it does not require a separate room and can be installed directly in a residential area.
The main heat exchanger (heating circuit) is made of copper coated with a special anti-corrosion coating, and the auxiliary heat exchanger (hot water circuit) is made of corrosion-resistant chromium-nickel steel. A modern microprocessor digital control system with an LCD screen makes it easy to control and manage the main parameters of the heating boiler BAXI Eco-4s 24 F. It also controls the modulation of the gas burner, which can flexibly change its power depending on the situation.
The presence of two temperature ranges of the heat carrier in the heating circuit of the boiler (30-85 °C and 30-45 °C) makes it possible to use it in floor heating systems. In addition, the control system provides for a "summer" mode of operation. The maximum temperature of hot water can reach 85 °C, and the capacity at a temperature difference between inlet and outlet of 35 °C is 10 L/min. High efficiency of 92.9% guarantees economical gas consumption.

The traditional 2-circuit gas boiler BAXI Eco-4s 24 F with a power of 24 kW belongs to the inexpensive segment of household appliances designed for hot water supply and home heating. This is a compact, reliable and easy to use model, equipped with an exhaust fan, a stainless steel gas burner with continuous flame modulation and electronic ignition, separate heat exchangers for 2 circuits and a turbine flow metre for the DHW system. A closed chamber with a forced removal of combustion products without laying a vertical chimney channel and a small weight of 30 kg allows you to mount the device in the most convenient place in the room.
Suitable boiler for underfloor heating
The heating wall-mounted boiler has a high efficiency rate, which is 92.9% at peak performance. At the same time, the device consumes 2.73 m3/h of natural gas. The model is characterized by 2-range regulation of the temperature of the heating circuit: 30 – 85 °C for the general system and 30 – 45 °C for underfloor heating systems. The DHW circuit operates in the temperature range of 35 – 60 °C, allowing you to get maximum comfort during hygienic and economic use. The high-capacity hot water circuit provides instantaneous heating of 13.7 L/min, 25 °C above the initial cold water temperature, and in winter, when the temperature difference increases to 35 °C, 9.8 L of incoming water has time to warm up per minute. This is a fairly high level of hot water productivity among classmates.
Composite Hydraulics
The device received a convenient electronic control panel with buttons and a digital display showing the heating temperature. The device is equipped with durable hydraulics made of composite materials, weather-compensated automation, and also allows you to connect a room thermostat and a programmable timer. The boiler is adapted to working conditions with low gas pressure up to 5 mbar, maintaining a maximum pressure value of 3 bar in the heating circuit and 8 bar in the hot water circuit. In addition to standard protective systems, the model has additional functions for shutting down the device in case of circulation disturbance and freezing of the coolant in the heating circuit. If necessary, the heating unit can be reconfigured to work with liquefied gas or connected to a solar collector.
